A safe place to heal during crisis
Peaceful Pathways was created to give children and adolescents compassionate support during behavioral health crises — because a crisis affects the whole family, and no family should navigate it alone.
We understand that a crisis can affect the entire family system. We work closely with caregivers, guardians, placing agencies, schools, and community providers to promote stabilization and continuity of care.
Our Mission
To provide compassionate, trauma-informed crisis stabilization services that help children regain safety, emotional balance, and hope.
Our Vision
To be a trusted Virginia provider for children's crisis residential services — known for safety, dignity, clinical quality, and strong community partnerships.

Person-centered and trauma-informed, from admission to discharge.
Our care model is person-centered and trauma-informed. Each child receives individualized support based on strengths, needs, risks, history, diagnosis, behaviors, and family circumstances.
Treatment planning begins at admission and continues through discharge coordination — so every step is focused on stability and a safe transition home, to school, to placement, or to the next level of care.
